Contract Terms Conditions
This contract is entered into by and between Lone Star Legal Aid (hereinafter referred to as “LSLA”) and the Client (hereinafter referred to as “Client”), collectively referred to as “Parties.” LSLA agrees to provide legal services to the Client in accordance with the laws and regulations governing legal practice in the state of Texas. The Client agrees to provide all necessary information and documentation required for the provision of legal services. Both Parties hereby agree to maintain confidentiality of all information exchanged during the provision of legal services and to adhere to ethical standards set forth by the State Bar of Texas. Any disputes arising out of or related to this contract shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration in accordance with the laws of the state of Texas. This contract shall be effective upon the date of signing and shall remain valid until the completion of legal services by LSLA or as otherwise terminated by mutual agreement of the Parties. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties have executed this contract as of the date first above written.
