Welcome to the Virginia State Bar Continuing Legal Education Contract. This contract sets out the terms and conditions for the provision of continuing legal education services by the Virginia State Bar to attorneys and legal professionals. Please read this contract carefully before enrolling in any continuing legal education programs offered by the Virginia State Bar.

Parties The Virginia State Bar (hereinafter referred “VSB”)
Legal Professionals Attorneys, Lawyers, and Legal Practitioners

This contract is entered into on the date of enrollment in the VSB continuing legal education program.

1. Scope Services

The VSB agrees to provide continuing legal education programs and courses to legal professionals in accordance with the rules and regulations set forth by the Virginia State Bar. These programs and courses may include live seminars, webinars, self-study courses, and other forms of legal education materials.

2. Enrollment and Registration

Legal professionals may enroll in VSB continuing legal education programs by completing the registration process and paying the applicable fees. By enrolling in a program, the legal professional agrees to comply with all VSB rules and regulations regarding continuing legal education.

3. CLE Credits

The VSB will issue continuing legal education credits to legal professionals who successfully complete the requirements of the programs and courses offered. It is the responsibility of the legal professional to ensure compliance with the Virginia State Bar`s rules on continuing legal education credits.
